Hey! I’m Liv, Absolute Rentals newest Assistant Property Manager. Starting in June 2024, I have moved into this role from a background in People Management across the hospitality and recruitment industries.

I am passionate about providing top-tier client management services and working with people from all walks of life, it is for these reasons that the prospect of Property Management excites me. I intend to use the skills and experience that I have learned in other industries to kick-start my career in Property Management and with the guidance of Wade and the Absolute Rentals team I intend to become Manawatu’s most successful Property Manager.

I was born and bred in the wider Manawatu region and have resided in Palmy and its surrounds since 2016. In my spare time, you will likely find me enjoying a coffee at one of our locally-owned cafes or exploring the region with my loved ones.
